Standard is $249 per license. Pro is $499 per license. Both lists include export to SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, and xAPI, plus HTML5 and video. The license is perpetual and per machine, with one year of major-version upgrades included. AI tools spend a separate credit balance.
- A free evaluation build exists. The pricing page attaches SCORM to Standard and Pro, not to a free tier. Do not assume the free build exports a package.
- One license, one machine at a time.

Authoring · Adapt Learning · updated 16 Oct 2026

No license fee. The authoring tool expects a server (Node.js and MongoDB are the usual requirement). Budget for hosting, upgrades, and someone who can deploy it. That operating cost is not a vendor plan.
- A team without someone to run Node and MongoDB will not get a free shortcut. The cost shows up as implementation, not a seat price.

3.Adobe Captivate

A pricing check dated 20 Sep 2026 read the individual plan as $39.99 per month, billed annually, including Captivate and Captivate Classic. An Adobe FAQ page still says a new individual subscription costs $33.99 per month. Those two public figures disagree, so the dollar amount is marked uncertain even though a paid individual subscription is clearly the entry plan. Team and enterprise licensing are quote-based.
- The $39.99 and $33.99 individual prices are both in public Adobe-related pages. Re-check the cart.
- Captivate Classic and the newer Captivate are both in the subscription. Confirm which app your authors actually publish from.

4.Articulate Rise 360
$1,449/seat/yr
Authoring · Articulate · updated 16 Oct 2026

Rise is included in Articulate 360 AI Personal ($1,449/seat/year) and Teams ($1,749/seat/year). The pricing page’s LMS publishing row applies to 360 AI, not to Frontline. Roundups that still quote a standalone Rise subscription around a few hundred dollars are out of date relative to this page.
- A 360 AI seat is the plan that includes Rise. Frontline does not.
- Question reporting is coarser than Storyline. A successful import is not the same as question-level score data.

5.Articulate Storyline 360

Articulate’s pricing page (read 16 Oct 2026) lists Articulate 360 AI Personal at $1,449 per seat per year and Teams at $1,749 per seat per year. Both include Storyline, Rise, and LMS publishing. Frontline starts at $500 per year for unlimited seats and does not include Storyline or LMS publishing. Older “Rise-only” prices are not on that page.
- Frontline is an Articulate product and does not export SCORM, xAPI, or cmi5.
- Reach, Articulate’s own LMS, is described as included on Teams (300 active learners), not as a substitute for checking your LMS.

dominKnow sells Business, Business PLUS (teams of five or more), and Enterprise per author, on a quote. Third-party 2026 tables have printed figures near $1,997 and $2,497 per author per year. Those are not on a vendor price card we could cite, so they are not the number in this index.
- Ignore roundup prices that look precise. Ask dominKnow for the quote and for which publish formats are in that tier.

- Hosted delivery can update packages in place. Confirm what still runs if you leave Gomo.

The team plan is $65 per user per month, billed annually ($780 per year), and adds roles, Cloud Sync to the Intellum platform, SSO, and API access. Enterprise is on request. SCORM export is described for Evolve generally, not as a team-only feature.
- Cloud Sync and multi-instance features are on the team plan. They are about Intellum’s platform, not about a richer SCORM package.

A vendor cost page lists a free plan (1 author, 3 projects, limited SCORM publishing, isEazy logo) and Professional at €80 per month for 1 author with SCORM publishing. Business is shown with two figures on that same page (€187 and €208 per month) for 2 authors, so the Business number is uncertain. Annual card payment is described as 10% off. The FAQ also says pricing is tailored and to contact them — the public card and the FAQ are not identical.
- Business has two euro figures on one vendor page. Use Professional’s €80 as the clear published step, and ask isEazy to confirm Business.
- Prices are euros, before tax, for card payment.

- Suite is a Windows PowerPoint add-in. Mac authors should look at iSpring Cloud AI, which does not list cmi5.
- The free license is personal and noncommercial. A corporate renewal is the paid seat.

- You are buying a suite. Confirm the quote still includes Lectora Desktop or Lectora Online, whichever your team uses.
- Government pricing is a separate email path, not the $1,549 card.
